We offer a free delivery service for all orders over HKD 300. You can enjoy a movie in home and get the coffee you ordered with the utmost convenience.
Free delivery could be offered for order over HKD 300 (Final price after discount).
For order under HKD 300,
- Delivery charge will be paid by recipient.
- You can choose to self pick up at our workshop: Room 12, Flat U, 12/F, Block 3, Camel Paint Building, Kwun Tong (Prior appointment is required).
Delivery Details
- In most cases Simffee Roastery engages SF Express or Lalamove for delivery services.
- Delivery services cover most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories areas (not including outlying islands, except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay).
- For SF Express delivery services details, e.g. service area, time slot for delivery service, please refer to website: https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/
- For Lalamove delivery services details, e.g. service area, time slot for delivery service, please refer to website: https://www.lalamove.com/zh-hk/
- You should check the orders upon receipt and store them in under cool condition.
Breakage &Return
Breakage
The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
Return
- It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery.
- Return is only available when valid original receipt is provided.
- No returns shall be made on any goods received including glassware or accessories after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.
- In the event that you would like to claim a refund or return, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and Simffee Roastery agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Simffee Roastery may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Simffee Roastery's determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
