喺製作你嘅訂單前, 有小小小小注意事項想你留意返💁🏼♂️🙋♂️🙆🏿♂️
◾️每一批咖啡豆都經過以下工序:
1️⃣ 陀地人手揀走壞咗嘅生豆🤲
2️⃣ 金睛火眼嚴密監控烘焙過程🤓
3️⃣ 師傅教落, 炒豆過到人先要過得到自己🧐炒得唔啱心水嘅咖啡豆, 我哋絕對唔會出俾人, 要重新炒過
所以每一包咖啡豆製作需時⏰一般會喺三至五個工作天寄出...三個人六隻手, 盡做啦🙏
◾每包咖啡豆都會寫上烘焙日期🗓️建議養豆期根據不同烘焙程度而定🔥一般為10-20日⏰
◾如無特別指定, 咖啡嘅烘焙程度為會由炒豆師決定, 如果有特別要求, 請唔好怕醜同我哋講😉
◾如果咖啡炒得唔好, 即管坦白講俾我哋知, Simffee係絕對會聽大家嘅訴求👂

◾️ A few notes for you
Before proceeding your order, there are a few things require your attention 💁🏼 ♂️🙋 ♂️🙆🏿 ♂️
㊙️ Each batch of coffee goes through a well-knit process:
🤲 Manual screening of defective beans
🤓 Closely monitored roasting process
🔥 As our master taught, deliver when you are satisfied 🧐 We will never fulfil your order with beans that we are not satisfied with! REROAST!
Therefore, it takes time to produce each bag of beans. It generally takes 3 to 5 working days to dispatch your order. Hands (are) Limited 🙏 Appreciate your patience.
⭕ Each pack of beans will be notated with a roast-date, the recommended degassing period varies, generally 10-20 days ⏰
⭕ Unless otherwise specified, the roast level of the coffee will be determined by the roaster, aka Omakase. Should you have any requirement, just tell us 😉
❌ If you are not satisfied with the products you get, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Simffee will definitely respond to your demands!
